Bug Description
[Impact]
Under certain conditions, the SAS controller may not recover from an STP link timeout, which can make disks behind the controller inaccessible.
[Test Case]
I don't have a way of injecting this error, so regression tested only.
[Fix]
commit 25908cac84b2ea1
Author: Xiaofei Tan <email address hidden>
Date: Wed Jul 18 22:14:27 2018 +0800

[Regression Risk]
This driver in Ubuntu is only used by the SoC in the D06 board, which will be directly regression tested.
