Bug Description

The command "ping" does not response and wait forever. ping any available host could reproduce this issue.

Affected systems known currently:

I used the previous kernel (4.4.0-112.135~14.04.1) with Dell Inspiron 7537 Portable (CID 201306-13868) could make ping work again.

I was able to reproduce the issue with linux-image-4.4.0-113-generic=4.4.0-113.136~14.04.1 in a local VM running Trusty. When I run 'ping' I get the following stack trace on the console:
