4.13.0-32 32bits fail to boot on IntelCore2

Bug Description

4.10.0-42 32 bits worked like a charm
Mint-update installed the 4.13.0-32 32bits which fail to boot, without any message even in "Recovery mode"

Unable to add any report : just after the grub menu, the system reboot to the bios.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.15 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as "Confirmed".

Same problem with latest kernel.
I was just able to see the message "loading initial ram..." before the reboot...
