Request to backport cxlflash patches to 16.04 HWE Kernel

I built Zesty, Artful and Bionic test kernels with the requested three patches. The test kernels can be downloaded from:

Can you test these kernels and see if they resolve this bug?

Are these three commits required to fix a specific bug? That info would be needed for a SRU request.

I tested the given zesty kernel and it looks good.

These commits fix bugs in the existing code - missing VPN could disable a card and the write same sector size.

jsalisbury, would you need to resubmit these patches for Artful since there was no update on these SRUs for some time now?
