Bug Description
Unlocked the computer to find Thunderbird in an infinite loop and the system barely usable, with no networking. ifconfig and netstat -r both locked up without returning data. Apport would not complete until after a reboot, so I collected some log output (attached).
At the time of the bug, Ubuntu had been running for about 15 hours since the last software suspend.
