Bluetooth not finding any device

Bug Description
I can not connect to any of my bluetooth devices.
hcitool scan runs for some seconds, then shows no devices.
WORKAROUND:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hanipouspil
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install btusb-lp1506615
