Bug Description
usb devices suddenly die.
lsusb shows nothing, only my usb3 hubs.
The same bug i had with kernel 4.X and the same bug i had in manjaro.
In manjaro xhci_pci was built as module so i could restart xhci_pci using modprobe.
In ubuntu xhci_pci is builtin so i restart the pc when it happens.
It's a random bug which is only posting error to dmesg, no crash , nothing.
