package linux-headers-4.4.0-65 (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: no package named `linux-headers-4.4.0-65' is installed, cannot configure

I want to install simplescreenrecorder because of that I should update my apt-get but it does not.
I try all ways that suggested to fix it but all of them encountered with eroor like this:
