[HP Envy 6 Sleekbook] Realtek card reader [10ec:5289] can't read some MMC cards on 3.13 kernel

We have two MMC cards here for testing (Transcend 256MB and 512MB without brand label, according to it's "AF512MM" lable, I think it's made by ATP)
The latter one works fine, but the Transcend one cannot be initialized on 12.04.5 (3.13.0-32), with the following error messages in dmesg:

The same MMC card could work on 3.8.0-44 kernel, but not working on 12.04.5 (3.13.0-32)
Base on this, I would call it a regression-release.
