package linux-gke-tools-4.4.0-1009 (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/libcpupower.so.4.4.0-1009', which is also in package linux-aws-tools-4.4.0-1009 4.4.0-1009.18

I tried to install the build-essential package and I got an 'unmet dependencies' error. In the suggestions and as far as I could find on the web, I just had to try sudo apt-get -f install. After this, I got this system error.
