Bug Description
Microsoft would prefer the rdma_ucm driver be included in the main kernel package instead of -extras so that users have a better out of the box experience for Connection Management Access. Please move this driver over.

This module is needed for HPC on IB/RDMA in Azure, so we'd like to avoid installing extras.
