url charset(?) translation

bug can be reproduced on http://rss.gazeta.pl/pub/rss/wiadomosci.xml (I hope) - their url's look like that when copied:

http://wiadomosci.gazeta.pl/Wiadomosci/1,80269,7175433,Slynny_zadymiarz__szef__Sierpnia_80__zatrzymany_przez.html?skad=rss

but doubleclick/opening in firefox directs it to

http://wiadomosci.gazeta.pl/Wiadomosci/1%2C80269%2C7175433%2CSlynny_zadymiarz__szef__Sierpnia_80__zatrzymany_przez.html?skad=rss

which doesn't exist
