Bug Description
I participate in many online debates. So I have a hierarchy of folders like
News
Debates
> Free Software
> Sitename
> Should Liferea support per-folder frequency settings?
> Other discussion...
In general, I have set my update frequency to once per day. But in the case of discussions, I'd like to update much more often. Currently, I have to add the feed for a discussion and then set the update interval manually. It would be much better if I could set Debates > Free Software > Sitename's update frequency to 5 minutes, and then when I add a new feed to that folder, it's automatically set to update every five minutes.
You might want to have other settings per folder as well. For instance, in the case of Blogs > Free Musicians, I'd like to download enclosures automatically.
