Bug Description
This doesn't look like #94871 or #105587, as I don't have the compiz cube enabled.
After installing gutsy, I had desktop effects enabled by default. I expected to be able to change the number of available workspaces by right-clicking the workspace pager and selecting "Properties." This option would only appear there once I disabled desktop effects via the Appearance prefs panel.
