Bug Description

When using libtool during build, I get the error message in the summary.

It has been corrected in the source repository in commit 350082b6aa89f9ef603fcebbb4cf33f15a743f2f, see https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/libtool.git/commit/?id=350082b6aa89f9ef603fcebbb4cf33f15a743f2f

Fixed upstream in libtool 2.4.7, included in Ubuntu 22.10 and later.

(Still applies to 20.04LTS and 22.04LTS as far as I can see).
