Bug Description
When using libtool during build, I get the error message in the summary.
It has been corrected in the source repository in commit 350082b6aa89f9e

Fixed upstream in libtool 2.4.7, included in Ubuntu 22.10 and later.
(Still applies to 20.04LTS and 22.04LTS as far as I can see).
