webdav error trying to connect to nextcloud

Bug Description
upgraded to ubuntu 22.10 from 22.04 and webdav fails to connect to nextcloud. Reimaged back to 22.04 and it worked. Error message is "Message recipient disconnected from message bus without replying Please select another viewer and try again."
I have tried webdav from mate 22.10 and gnome 22.10 with same failure.
Crash report fails as well but I was able to get a copy before deleted.

I am affected too. In my case, I am accessing Nextcloud running on Ubuntu Server 22.04 for Raspberry Pi from thunar and Gigolo on Xubuntu. Same error on both "Message recipient disconnected from message bus without replying". On my Kubuntu desktop, KDE Dolphin accesses OK (though now on Kubuntu 22.10 it prompts for wallet password but on 22.04 it didn't)
