Bug Description
Long ago the SDL devhelp book became obsolete and was removed. I have rebuilt the devhelp index file from "chm" file distributed in the official web site. I have attached both files, sdl.devhelp and sdl.devhelp2
These files have to be copied into /usr/share/
Thats all.
