Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have really big SVG file as in the https://askubuntu.com/q/1317267/66509 question
2. Open the file using for example Eye of MATE

Expected result:
* file is opened

Actual result:
* file is not opened, EoM shows error instead:

    Could not load image 'NOSTOC2.svg'.
    XML parse error: cannot load more than 200000 XML elements

Maybe helpful to reproduce: The output of `systemd-analyze dot | dot -Tsvg > systemd.svg` have in my case 2.2M and 20611 lines (wc -l, same if prepiped to `xmllint --format -`). I have the same symptoms except for the error message.
