Bug Description
Every time I start libreoffice-math the system signals an error, asks me if I want to recover the document I was working on (none) and at the end runs libreoffice-writer.
After a while a message pops up that says that Ubuntu 18.04 has found an internal error.
I have tried to uninstall libreoffice-math via "software" and intalling it again without any results.
The system software is up to date.

There is something odd about the relationship Math has in particular with the Unity global menu. The culprit is unity-gtk3-module. This module is really not required by libreoffice as it talks GMenuModel anyway.
To work around this run: gsettings get com.canonical. unity-gtk- module blacklist
If you get: @as [] unity-gtk- module blacklist "['soffice']"
Run: gsettings set com.canonical.
If you get: ['foo', 'bar'] unity-gtk- module blacklist "['foo', 'bar', 'soffice']"
Run: gsettings set com.canonical.
