Inserting PDF as OLE Object shows it as frame instead of clickable icon

Bug Description
Expected behaviour : When one inserts a pdf file as an OLE Object an icon representing your document should be inserted. Clicking on the icon should open the document using the appropriate program.
Observed behaviour : The file is inserted as an OLE Object frame as per http://
This has existed since openoffice.
