Bug Description
Ubuntu 14.04 has Perl 5.18 and this is exactly incompatible version:
Regexp::Grammars is currently unsupported (and unsupportable)
under Perl 5.18 due to a bug in regex parsing under that version.
The module runs correctly under Perl 5.16 and earlier.
The module also runs correctly under Perl 5.20 or later
(except that one special edge-case of rule arguments is
no longer supported: See "Parametric Subrules" in the
module's documentation for details).
