In the plug-in window can only see the name of the plug-in, which shows the information of the text only half
在插件窗口只能看到插件的名字，其说明信息的文字只显示一半

This is an issue with the Peas gtk plugin manager.

https://developer.gnome.org/libpeas/stable/PeasGtkPluginManager.html

Nothing to do with rhythmbox. Other apps like totem, gedit ( Preferences -> Plugins ) should also have the same issue in your system.

Plugin Manager UI ( in chinese [ zh_cn ] ) for rhythmbox in ubuntu 18.04 Edit (154.4 KiB, image/png)

This issue is specific to ubuntu ( gtk css customization ), and it seems to have been fixed in subsequent releases. Check attachment for plugin in 18.04 preview release, where this issue is not seen.

The issue is still there in 18.04.

Refer to plugin window for totem in attachment. I think there is some customization done specific to rhythmbox for the working mentioned in the above comment.
