Recording video with front camera at 640x480 on Krillin results in stretched videos

Bug Description

Krillin reports that the front camera supports video recording at 640x480 as returned by the call to getSupportedVideoSizes() [1] but when recording at that resolution the output video looks stretched. The output video is indeed a 640x480 video but the content looks like it was recorded at 854x480 and then downscaled to 640x480. See the attached example video.
