Large "Pinyin" icon in the Input Method selection for Fcitx

Bug Description

When I select the input method using Fcitx5, the "Pinyin" icon is unnaturally large, compared to the "keyboard" icon, and not resized properly. As seen in the following screenshot.

From discussion at https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-panel/-/issues/404#note_22822, the author of Fcitx5 reports that under KDE, the icon gets resized properly, and he says the bug is in `dbusmenu-gtk`.
