The cdio++ include directory is missing

Bug Description

The directory include/cdio++ seems to be missing from the -dev package(s). There are hints of the existence of a libcdio++-dev package, but I can't find it anywhere. If possible, please also switch to a newer version.

3 years later and the C++ bindings are still not available.

If anyone is interested, I've pushed libcdio v2.1 packages with C++ bindings to my testing ppa:
