package libav-tools 6:9.18-0ubuntu0.14.04.1 failed to install/upgrade: package libav-tools is not ready for configuration cannot configure (current status `half-installed')

When i update my system, this error appears.

Previously i installed a software called "clipgrab" and when i tried to uninstall by the terminal, errors related to the libav-tools appears.
