package python-appindicator 12.10.1+13.10.20130920-0ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: ErrorMessage: le sous-processus nouveau script pre-removal a retourné une erreur de sortie d'état 1

The error is probably the consequence of an upgrade 13.04 13.10 which was on hols and thta I stopped by rebooting. The system is now 13.10 with some glitches. I'll try to reinstall the Python package.
