/bin/mail is hardcoded into module

Bug Description

It seems that use of the DOSEmailNotify doesn't work, as /bin/mail is hardcoded in the module and there does not appear to be a method to override it.

I could in theory symlink /bin/mail to /usr/bin/mail, but this is gross, prone to error and the only notification that there is a misconfiguration is "sh: /bin/mail not found" in /var/log/apache2/error.log.
