Bug Description
upgrade-manager wants to remove automatically laptop-mode-tools. Manually I installed it back, but in the case of intelligent upgrade it was removed again.
Another thing: laptop-mode-tools doesn't put HDD to APM level 1, instead of it put it to APM level 128. In 13.10 it worked.
