For some at this point unknown reason, langpack-o-matic refuses to include fcitx-mozc.mo in the applicable language-

The mozc source package was built - and stripped - on March 31, and the latest full langpack export happened on April 15.
@Martin: Is there a 'natural' explanation, or is there some kind of issue which needs to be investigated?
