langpack-locales (2.7.9-2) hardy; urgency=low

  * Drop sr_RS_currency.patch. According to Danilo Scheran, RSD is the
    official Serbian currency.
  * Forwarded our patches upstream, add "Upstream:" tags to them.
  * Drop debian/patches/serbia_country_num.patch; Current iso_3166.xml
    shows that 688 is the correct country number for Serbia, and the bug is
    actually in belocs-locales-bin's outdated iso-3166.def.
