"Install Landscape client?" dialog has poor title and heading

Bug Description
landscape-client 12.04.1-0ubuntu1, gnome-control-
1. Open System Settings.
2. Click "Management Service" (or its replacement if bug 962974 has been fixed).
What happens:
* A dialog appears with the title "Install Landscape client?"
* The contents of the dialog begins with the heading "Landscape client".
What's wrong with this:
* The dialog title uses Sentence capitalization, when window titles should use Header Capitalization.
* The heading repeats most of the title.
What should happen:
* preferably there is not a separate dialog at all (bug 962980), or
* the dialog title is "Install Landscape Client" and there is no extra heading.
