"Install Landscape client?" dialog is redundant with System Settings window

Bug Description

landscape-client 12.04.1-0ubuntu1, gnome-control-center 1:3.3.92-0ubuntu2, Ubuntu Pangolin

1. Open System Settings.
2. Click "Management Service" (or its replacement if bug 962974 has been fixed).

What happens: An "Install Landscape client?" dialog appears inviting you to install the Landscape client.

What should happen: The invitation appears in the System Settings panel itself.

Fixing this would also fix bug 962982 and bug 962985.

Yes, please. There is a definite usability and integration bug when several of the Ubuntu-specific extra panels open in separate windows instead of being integrated into System Settings like the upstream panels.
