update-manager doesn't play nicely with landscape

Bug Description
update-manager in Jaunty will pop up whenever it thinks you have things to do. However, when you use Landscape, you're managing your Ubuntu machines centrally via Landscape's web u/i, so u-m's pop up behavior is just annoying. u-m should inhibit the pop ups when Landscape is being used.

Agreed. Installing Landscape client should inhibit Update Manager pop-up events.
Perhaps a configuration option in the Landscape Client install (default YES).
