Bug Description
After choosing to go into sleep mode the notifications sent a message saying
[KWin Window Manager] "Desktop effects were restarted due to a graphic reset"
As you can see in the screenshot I sent in, the desktop menu is unreadable with black text, the user avatar can't be viewed and all programs windows bars are flickering from blue to the desktop icons. The windows bars are usually white.

Opened this bug again, I noticed that everything works fine after entering "sleep" manually in the console or menu.
BUT if sleep mode is entered from the system settings in "Suspend session", all the graphics are reset and flickers. See attached image.
