Bug Description

Binary package hint: kwin-style-crystal

In systemsettings - Appearance - Windows if I select kwin crystal style, in tab Background I see:
Transparencity: 80% by default.
But on windows I see 20% transparencity, because 0% of transparencity is "100% of color" and 100% of transparencity is full transparent, 0% of color.
I think that we must change the counter direction (from 0 to 100) or change the label to "opacity" or "nontransparency".
