Reports 'success' when package is not installed due to repository unavailable

Bug Description

In a live CD session only Main and Restricted are enabled, so when kubuntu-notification-helper suggests installing Flash it cannot succeed. It does offer to do the install and claims it succeeded when it did no such thing.

It should not offer to install non-available packages and it should not claim success when things don't get installed.

Spooky. Also it makes the code more complicated I'll leave it to the master of libqapt to implement this ;)

Is there any indication that the package does not exist at any time during the plugin installation? Running "qapt-batch --install foobarbaz" should give you the error dialog for a nonexistent package.

No. It just looks like it succeeds.

Quite honestly a more integrated error would be better. Like have knh detect whether it is running in a live session or not, and if t is it would simply display a warning that not all software is available in a live session and that the user is invited to properly install kubuntu.

So I'd really see two bugs here
a) knh not educating the user about the limited abilities of the livecd and offering them a full install
b) qapt-batch apparently not erroring out properly
