Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
Hi,
Just finished upgrade from Kubuntu 10.04 LTS to Kubuntu 10.10 RC and I encountered something disturbing.
While the upgrade is running, just when the cleanup process starts, I got a restart notification. This might cause problems when someone doesn't pay too much attention to the upgrade and just presses restart.
A possible solution is to differ the notification to the end of the upgrade.
I think it should be dealt as soon as possible since this kind of bugs can cause upgrade problems for nothing.

The process that starts the downloaded release upgrader needs to disable the check for restart required (and re-enable it again in case the user cancels).
