Bug Description
I installed the system completely in English. Selected local timezone (colombian) and continued the installation. All the system i appears to be in English but the date and time appears in spanish.
Also, I am unable to select a 24 hours time format. The only way to do this is, apparently, by selecting the United Kingdom Time Format which now displays the date in English (this actually solves the whole situation for me). So question (more report than question) is, what if I want to display, let's say, my date in other language (or in english) but having a custom time format (maybe like this: 19:59, or like this 1959, or like this: 19:59:59, or 7:59:59 P.M. or 7:59 P.M.).
I tried askubuntu, but they deleted my question as off-topic because Kubuntu 15.04 Vivid Vervet with Plasma 5 haven't been released.
Aditional info is that this is not an upgrade, but a fresh install.
