Unable to active the multi screen mode with system settings

Hello.
I am testing the Kubuntu 22.04 (Dev) Lunar, with updates on daily basis.
I used the multi-screen mode without problem, up to a recent update. After the update, impossible to use my external monitor and in system settings, for the display configuration, there was an error message saying that the kscreen engine is not properly installed.
This happens both on X11 and on Wayland.
Reinstallation of kscreen packages provide not change.
My hardware is OK as multi-screen was operationnal with NEON, already installed on my PC.

So, I followed guidelines concerning debugging provides at https://community.kde.org/Solid/Projects/ScreenManagement
