Probably a missing dependency problem on Konqueror.

I thing this is the same as:

but they said there that it was resolved (suggested dependencies would install by default) and that I should file a new bug, and maybe as:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/krusader/+bug/292273
but I am not sure since I don't know what is the applet he is talking about. |

This happens because of missing keditbookmarks
Workaround (due to Ondřej Buriánek (zerem) #4 ):
sudo apt-get install kde-baseapps-bin
Proposed solution: add keditbookmarks with the package. It is small, and almost every Krusader user will want it.
Request for KDE to put up a warning if dependency missing:
