Bug Description

Binary package hint: krusader

Hi there,
i am on hardy using the ppa-supplied KDE 4.1 packages and found that krusader 2.0.0 beta 1 is out, which supports/uses KDE4/QT4.

So i grabbed the krusader 1.9 source package and modified debian/rules to make 2.0.0-beta1 build as package.
Main issue was the change from autotools to cmake.
I was able to build the package without problems on 2 different machines. Also krusader-2.0.0 seems quiet stable.

Please find the attached tgz, it includes 2 folders:
from_1.9/ -> includes the files i took from the krusader-1.9
for_2.0/ -> includes contents of from_1.9 plus the changes i made.

To build grab the 2.0.0-beta1 from here:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/krusader/krusader-2.0.0-beta1.tar.gz?download
and copy over the contents of "for_2.0" folder. Then dpkg-buildpackage.

Would be very nice to see a krusader-kde4 package in intrepid.

Greetings, Jens

Yup, we're already working on it. :-)
See bug 260168 for more info. Since both basically require the packaging of a version of Krusader 2.0 I'll mark this as a duplicate of that one.
