Bug Description
Binary package hint: kpackagekit
I installed devscripts and ubuntu-dev-tools on a fresh Kubuntu install. This, among other things, caused postfix to be installed. There was never a prompt for me to answer debconf questions.

I have fixed this by adding a new enum to PackageKit and using it in aptcc, but as new strings will be introduced it won't be released before natty (as far as I can tell).
