Kubuntu 21.10

I cannot select (via mouse)

File -> New tab

- a sub menu is meant to open when clicking on 'New Tab >' but nothing happens, i.e i cannot open a new tab via the mouse - the keyboard shortcut does work however

This actually no seems fixed in 21.10 - not 100% sure which update fixed it, but I can now select new tab using the mouse.
