Konsole opens super wide (wider than my screen)

Bug Description
When opening konsole it is the right height but is always wider than my screen. The default profile is 110 and even if I make a new profile (80X40) it does the same thing. This appears to be a regression as my first install of 21.10 did not have this issue.

This first happened with remember window size turned on (default). I tried turning that off which did not help. When I turned remember window size back on, I was able to get a konsole with the last set size, but now opening another konsole with a different profile with a different size does not work, konsole insists on using the last saved size.
