Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
Using kubuntu 10.04, I am no longer able to create new wireless network connection profiles. Here are the steps to reproduce:
- right click on knetworkmanager icon, select "Create network connection.."
- Select the wireless network SSID, click "connect"
- Now a window pops up asking for encryption key and other settings, but the fields are already populated with data from the last network I was connected to.
- If I manually populate all of these fields with the correct data, then I can connect to the new network, but the previous connection settings are gone.
It seems like rather than creating a new connection profile, it is instead acting as if I wanted to edit the previous profile.

I have the same exact issue.
Upgraded from 9.10 and existing wireless networks worked. Could not add new ones. Format , install and update of 10.4 and only 1 network can be installed. Any WPA2/Personal networks fail to connect.
