Bug Description
Binary package hint: kmymoney2
I just installed kmymoney2 on ubuntu karmic. The gnome desktop is german. I was unable to change the roles of "." and "," in kmymoney2 to what is needed for that locale. I was only able to do so after installing the package sysemsettings.
Please add a dependency on systemsettings to kmymoney2.

Any KDE application which uses locale in one way or the other will have a dependency on systemsettings or kcontrol to modify those locales.
The package is taken from Debian, so this bug should be forwarded upstream.
