focus pulled to transport buttons if dv device state changes

Binary package hint: kino

If one try to enter a file name in the capture view, the focus is lost while typing if the dv device changes state (e.g. reaches end of tape) Further keypresses then do device control.

What I do: Type in a capture filename
What happens: Unwanted device control commands
What I expect to happen: all typed characters go to the filename field

Happens to kino 1.3.3-1ubuntu2 on karmic.
