Bug Description

Hi Kicad Tteam,

The last several Kicad Nightly releases I am having issues with loading the symbol library. The installer will create the symbol libraries that have ".kicad_sym" as part of the symbol file name but when kicad is asked to load/read the symbols libraries it is looking for symbol file names that have ".lib" in the name and thus produces an error for files missing. See attached screen files showing error.

Example:
Library Symbol file names created by Kicad have "kicad_sym" extensions in the name.

C:\Program Files\KiCad\share\kicad\library\74xGxx.kicad_sym
C:\Program Files\KiCad\share\kicad\library\4xxx_IEEE.kicad_sym

To load the symbol library recent Kicad nightly releases is looking for file names to have the ".lib" extension in the name and fails since these symbol names files do not exist.

C:\Program Files\KiCad\share\kicad\library\74xGxx.lib
C:\Program Files\KiCad\share\kicad\library\4xxx_IEEE.lib
