Open file from URL using FTP returns "Operation is not valide due to current state of the object"

Bug Description
I'm using KeePass Password Safe version 2.37 on Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS
For testing I'm using an ftp server aplication on my movile phone
When I use the windows version (using wine in my Ubuntu computer) this set-up works without any problem
In summary when I try to open a file using FTP protocol the program is not able to open the file even if it does exist.
